  1. How do I go about finding a medical attorney for these devices? Latera has ruined my life! My nose whistles all day long and I can’t sleep because of it very disruptive. Dr said he could not remove them. I have never sued anybody before but this, I really feel has been a detriment to my life. After I had the latera implants

    1. Hi Patti I feel the same way I had my adenoids removed in 2021 alongside latera being put in. Immediately after surgery this is the 8th time my adenoids have grown back it has been horrible. Anyways I had my adenoids out again in 2022 because they grew back in less than a year but when I had the adenoids out in 2022 my ENT said the latera fully dissolved. I cannot breath without wearing nose strips all day and night. When I wear nose strips it helps open those airways that collapsed up. Latera also left my nose with a weird sound whistle and I’m only 22.

    2. Have you filed anything since this comment? Latera has ruined my life the past year and a half as well. I will definitely be taking action.

  2. Has anyone found an attorney? I’ve seen 3 who havent taken it bc there is no class action filed yet. You can see my implants and they are painful. Have not fully dissolved after 3 years and the latera rep told my doctor removing them could leave scaring. Also, another doctor told me they were put in wrong

  3. I am having issues with my latera as well… 2 + years later and they have left a bone like outline on the side of my nose. It looks swollen and is painful to touch sometimes. I can’t wear glasses either. Has anyone had a doctor recommend
Rhinoplasty to remove? I think doctor’s are a bit stumped on how to remove it. I would be interested in filing a class action as well. Not really sure where to begin.
